We are not responsible for stolen packages. We are unable to provide refunds on lost or stolen packages. Please purchase Route shipping insurance for protection in the event that a package gets lost or stolen. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for orders to be delivered however, you may receive your items much earlier.
